As Annual Fund Manager for Phoenix Society for Burn Survivors, Jaime plays a vital role on the Development and Marketing team—supporting day-to-day annual fund activities, department operations, and donor engagement and stewardship. She combines compassion, creativity, and strategy to strengthen donor engagement and support the organization’s mission of empowering everyone impacted by a burn injury.
A native of Southern Maryland, Jaime earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Argosy University. She spent more than a decade serving her community in various human services roles before transitioning into the agency nonprofit marketing world. Her main focus was coordinating campaigns for organizations such as MD Anderson Cancer Research Center and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Through these experiences, Jaime discovered her passion for connecting compassion with strategy—turning stories of hope into meaningful action.
Jaime’s connection to Phoenix Society is deeply personal. As the loved one of a burn survivor—her husband, John, who was injured in a gas explosion in 2023—she understands firsthand the challenges and resilience that define the burn community. Her work represents a powerful full-circle moment: transforming a time of pain and uncertainty into a purpose-driven opportunity to serve and uplift others walking similar paths.
Outside of work, Jaime is a proud mom to two amazing boys and three puppers (two English Bulldogs and one Frenchie). She’s an avid thrifter and art enthusiast who loves all things vintage, and she cherishes time spent with family and friends.
