Phoenix Society is seeking a relationship-driven Director of Development to lead and grow our fundraising strategy as we celebrate our 50th Anniversary and scale our impact. In this role, you will oversee a development program currently raising approximately $3 million annually, with a goal of growing revenue to $4.5 million within two years. The Director of Development will lead individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, foundation grants, and sponsorship efforts, with a strong focus on building a robust corporate giving pipeline. This position will work closely with the COO, CEO, Board, and Development Committee, lead a team of two direct reports, and travel regularly to cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, corporate partners, and community leaders.
The Part-Time Marketing Assistant plays a hands-on role in advancing the organization’s marketing goals across digital, visual, and web channels. Working 20 hours per week, this position contributes meaningfully to day-to-day marketing operations while supporting longer-term initiatives such as a website redesign, brand consistency, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate brings a blend of creative and organizational skills, is comfortable working across multiple platforms, and can manage their time effectively in a part-time structure.
