Dr. Williams is the Associate Division Chief of the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center, Associate Director of the Burn Intensive Care Unit, and Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She specializes in burn and surgical critical care, and acute burn reconstructive surgery. She graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine prior to completing General Surgery Residency at East Carolina and both a Surgical Critical Care and Acute Burns Fellowship and a Burn Reconstruction Fellowship at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston.
