JOURNEY FORWARD PROGRAM - Update

Earlier this year, we launched the first-of-its-kind Journey Forward Kit that provided tangible connections and resources for newly injured survivors and their loved ones. Over the past five months, we conducted a pilot program in seven hospitals across the country and are excited to share our preliminary findings and results. We are still analyzing data from the pilot and working closely with our hospital partners to develop the next phase for the Journey Forward Kit. Stay tuned for more information on our plans to enhance and scale the program nationwide.
