Stop in, get information, and participate in a program from our Wellness Center!
Vinyasa (gentle) flow yoga will be offered each morning and new this year, on Thursday and Friday evenings. Both chair and mat yoga available. Dress comfortably, all levels welcome!
Zumba will be offered on Wednesday evening as well as on Friday and Saturday morning after yoga. Dress comfortably, program can be modified to your comfort level.

Phoenix Society’s Image Enhancement Program (IEP)
Now located in the Wellness Center! This valuable program aims to assist both men and women, young and old learn a step-by-step process to achieve even skin tones, eyebrows, and a symmetrical lip line. The session also addresses other body image concerns of burn survivors. Using creative make-up techniques, Barbara Kammerer Quayle and Victoria Eagan will lead an interactive presentation to demonstrate the techniques followed by time for individual questions and discussion.
