What is Phoenix World Burn Congress?
Phoenix World Burn Congress is a life-changing event that brings together burn survivors, their families, medical professionals, and first responders to share stories, provide support, and increase knowledge of burn recovery.
The environment of Phoenix World Burn Congress is uniquely caring and supportive. We serve all ages at this event from child to adult.

Phoenix World Burn Congress will take place September 12-15, 2018 in Grand Rapids, MI.
On-line volunteer applications have been closed but we could still use your help! If you are interested in volunteering, please come to the DeVos Place and check in to Ballroom A Coat Office.
Things to Know
In preparation for the conference, we require volunteers to view a 20-minute presentation to assist in welcoming our attendees to the local community. This presentation is designed to introduce the general public to the burn survivor community.
Thank you to Varnum, LLP for sponsoring the Sensitivity Training!
Volunteers are also required to view a brief training video about becoming a Phoenix World Burn Congress volunteer.
Opportunities will be assigned on site based on areas of need.
