As a national organization, our efforts are focused on policy development and legislative measures that would have a permanent impact on decreasing burn injuries or improvement in the care of those with burn injuries.

The Phoenix Society is a member of the coalition and is promoting state legislation that will require all cigarettes sold to meet fire safety standards. The Coalition is working to save lives and prevent injuries by working hard to pass legislation for fire-safe cigarettes in every state in the country.
