Kelly Ransdell is the Deputy Director of Injury Prevention and Grants with the NC Department of Insurance- Office of State Fire Marshal. She has a Master's Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from NC State University.

Kelly began working with the Phoenix Society through her husband Mike Williams when WBC came to NC in 2004. Since that time she has continued to assist with WBC in several states.
